At Gerard O’Brien Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality gear straight to your door.
UK & European Orders: Standard delivery typically takes 10-15 working days.
International Orders: Please allow 15-20 working days for delivery, depending on your location.
We appreciate your patience and support—your order is on its way!
Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before dispatch to receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it will be subject to our returns policy. To avoid delays, we recommend requesting cancellations as soon as possible.
Returns
We want you to love your BLUE DOG gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of dispatch.
Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. Please don’t use a blowtorch, battle axe, or your pet velociraptor to open the package—we can’t accept returns on damaged goods!
Refunds & Replacements: Once we receive your return, we will process a refund or replacement based on your request. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.
